* We are a no-bingo, age - based program, that creates a family atmosphere and lifetime relationships! No more worrying about next year's team or being told which team your daughter is on!!!  

* Our teams have won more State Championships than any other local organization while competing in the toughest National tournaments too.  Our teams have played in multiple National Championships.   We have played ALL OVER THE COUNTRY!  This year we have teams going to Colorado, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, PA and TN.  We know how to get your daughter seen by the colleges she would like to attend.  We have even had teams play in National Championships on ESPN!!

* We want you to understand what you have to do to get into the college of your dreams either through softball or academics.....hopefully both!  Our mission is to place you into position to go to the college that is the "best fit" for you, even if it is not to play softball.

* We allow each team to develop their plan on how they want to raise additional funds, tournaments the team would like to participate in based on the team's goals, etc....NO MORE BEING TOLD WHAT TO DO!!!  Yet, we ASSIST in developing a plan for your daughter that can best position herself for college whether academically or athletically.

* Our coaching staff has over 80 years of experience at all age groups with multiple High School Coaches on staff.  We are a MULTI-STATE program.  Over the years we have had various players from NC & VA.

* We have several training facilities ( better practice times) that we have exclusive usage agreements.  This allows us to have some of the best training facilities in the area but NOT THE OVERHEAD COSTS.

* We have several fields all over Tidewater that we use throughout the season.  This allows families from all over Eastern Va. and NC to have short travel times to practice.

* Our coaching staff continues to gain in their knowledge of the sport by attending various clinics and working with some of the best trainers in the country.  The trainers that we use have coached MLB players & College Softball Players at ALL levels!
